Scenic Anxiety in Professional Music Education Studies Learners’

چکیده
La Ansiedad Escénica Musical (AEM) es un constructo subjetivo de carácter desadaptativo creado por el propio músico. Este trastorno desencadena una serie síntomas físicos, cognitivos y conductuales que suponen la disminución eficacia interpretativa en público riesgo para salud integral quien lo padece. Por tanto, se trata problema afecta a músicos, tanto estudiantes como profesionales, constituye verdadero obstáculo su carrera. En este trabajo mide nivel AEM titulación Enseñanzas Profesionales Música Región Murcia diseña propuesta intervención través del Yoga disminuir aquellos resulten más significativos. Para ello, muestra 403 alumnos le administró versión traducida al castellano cuestionario K-MPAI (Kenny-Music Performance Anxiety Inventory) diseñado validado Kenny (2009). Los resultados indican los factores alcanzan alto son aprehensión ansiosa, ansiedad somática proximal preocupación/miedo. Se concluye las mujeres, instrumentistas viento, tienen padres así quienes han cursado estudios musicales durante años presentan niveles superiores frente sus homólogos grupos comparación.
